Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and in good condition.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We will issue a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your package was lost in transit
- There is a verified manufacturing defect
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (damaged item or incorrect product)
Once verified, we will issue:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund or store credit, at our discretion
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Products showing signs of tampering
Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and refusal of future service. We are always happy to work with customers to resolve issues directly.
